The Open Mic and Jam session at the Rouseabout Inverell has become a favourite part of the community calendar - it's a great place to perform, network, socialise and play with other musicians. Register your name and the songs you'd like to play on the Inverell Jams, Gigs & Music facebook page or put your name on the whiteboard on the night - you don't know who you might end up playing with! Drums, keyboards, guitar/bass amps and P.A. are all provided, just bring yourself and your instrument.

The Open Mic & Jam format is:

• Jam session - house band + guests

• Open mic performers

• 'House songs' section, for those who enjoy a singalong!

• More Open mic performers

• Final jam session - whoever wants to join in!

Guidelines for performers:

• A three song limit for Open Mic section, so everyone has an opportunity to perform

• Have your songs rehearsed and ready to play

• Keep gear to a minimum as space is limited

• Support your fellow musicians, join in and have fun!
